I Congreso Internacional sobre “Contratación Inmobiliaria Transfronteriza”

La Cátedra de Derecho Registral de la Universidad de Granada celebrará el I Congreso Internacional sobre “Contratación Inmobiliaria Transfronteriza” los días 4 y 5 de mayo de 2017. Un Congreso que pretende ser continuación de los anteriores: (1) el celebrado los días 16, 17 y 18 de mayo de 2013 relativo a “Desahucios y Ejecuciones hipotecarias” (ISBN: 978-84-694-0195-8), (2) el celebrado los días 8, 9 y 10 de mayo de 2015 relativo al “Mercado Hipotecario y Segunda Oportunidad para Consumidores/as y empresarios/as” (ISBN:978-84-9098-0507) y, (3) la Jornada hispano-alemana celebrada los días 21 y 22 de mayo de 2016 sobre “Estudios del Contrato de Compraventa (Análisis de la transposición
de la Directiva 2011/83/UE
 en los ordenamientos español y alemán)” (ISBN: 978-84-9098-889-3).

Este Congreso organizado por la Cátedra de Derecho Registral, cuenta con la colaboración con Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea, Tribunal Constitucional, Tribunal Supremo, Consejo General del Poder Judicial, Banco Central Europeo, European Law Institute, Zentrum für Europäische Rechtspolitik der Universität Bremen (ZERP), Ilustre Colegio de Registradores de la Propiedad, Mercantiles y de Bienes Muebles de España,Consejo General del Notariado, Consejo General de la Abogacía, Cátedra Empresa Familiar y la Editorial Thomson Reuters Aranzadi, S.A.

La Universidad de Granada y en particular, la Facultad de Derecho, se propone abrir sus puertas a los profesionales del mundo académico, judicial, registral, notarial, economistas, empresas, entidades financieras y asociaciones de consumidores/as y usuarios/as, para debatir, entre otras cuestiones: (1) el “estudio sobre las adquisiciones transfronterizas de bienes raíces residenciales en la UE: Problemas enfrentados por los ciudadanos, realizado por encargo del Parlamento Europeo” (a propósito del studio Cross Border Acquisitions of residential Property in the EU: Problems Encountered by Citizens, realizado por encargo del Parlamento Europeo”) y, (2) la protección de las Pymes en el Mercado único Europeo.

Gracias a la aportación de los miembros que forman parte del Comité de Honor y Científico y a la de los ponentes y participantes en los distintos paneles temáticos y las comunicaciones presentadas al mismo, dispondremos de un material que nos proponemos publicar en la ed., Aranzadi; lo que nos permitirá recoger las propuestas de reflexión y solución a los principales problemas que plantea la Contratación Inmobiliaria Transfronteriza.

The University of Granada’s Chair of Registration Law will celebrate the 1st International Congress, on “Transboundary Real Estate Hiring” on May 4, 5 and 6, 2017. This Congress organized by the Chair of Registral Law and the Faculty of Law of Granada, has the collaboration with the Court of Justice of the European Union, Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, General Council of the Judiciary, European Central Bank, Zentrum für Europäische Rechtspolitik Der Universität Bremen (ZERP), European Law Institute, Distinguished Association of Property, Commercial and Furniture Lawyers of Spain, General Council of Notaries, General Council of Lawyers, Family Business Chair and Thomson Reuters Aranzadi, SA.

The University of Granada and, in particular, the Faculty of Law, intends to open its doors to professionals from the academic, judicial, registry, notary, economists, companies, financial entities and consumer associations and users, to debate , Among other issues: (1) the “study on cross-border acquisition of residential real estate in the EU: Problems faced by citizens, commissioned by the European Parliament” (on the subject of cross border Acquisitions of residential Property in the EU : Problems Encountered by Citizens, made on behalf of the European Parliament “) and, (2) protection of SMEs in the single European market.

Thanks to the contribution of the members who are part of the Honor and Scientific Committee and to the speakers and participants in the different thematic panels and the communications presented to it, we will have a material that we propose to publish in Aranzadi, Which will allow us to pick up proposals for reflection and solution to the main problems raised by Transnational Real Estate Contracting.
