II Jornadas de Investigadores en Formación: Fomentando la Interdisciplinariedad

El Consejo de Representantes de Doctorandos y la Escuela Internacional de Posgrado de la Universidad de Granada organizan las II Jornadas de Investigadores en Formación, que se celebrarán en Granada en mayo de 2017, tras el éxito cosechado en la primera edición. Dicho evento surge con el propósito de promover la interdisciplinariedad entre los estudiantes de las tres escuelas de doctorado de la Universidad de Granada (Ciencias de la Salud; Humanidades, Ciencias Sociales y Jurídicas; Ciencias, Tecnologías e Ingenierías), así como de los programas que éstas incluyen y de las líneas de investigación existentes en cada uno de ellos. Para satisfacer el objetivo señalado, los doctorandos de la Universidad de Granada tendrán la oportunidad de presentar trabajos en forma de comunicación oral o póster y dar a conocer las diferentes técnicas y herramientas que emplean en el desarrollo de su investigación, así como potenciales resultados que puedan derivarse de ellas en distintos campos de la ciencia. Desde el comité organizador, esperamos que disfrutéis de esta experiencia, basada en el aprendizaje recíproco en un ambiente distendido y divulgativo, teniendo el firme convencimiento de que de esta iniciativa resultarán posibles colaboraciones, publicaciones y/o proyectos conjuntos.

The Committee of PhD Student Representatives and the International School of Postgraduate Studies of the University of Granada organize the Second Conference of Young Researchers, which will be held in Granada, May 2017. The aim of this event is to promote interdisciplinarity among the PhD students enrolled in the research programs offered by the three Doctoral Schools of the University of Granada (Health Sciences, Technology and Engineering, and Humanities, Social and Legal Sciences), where a wide variety of research areas are represented. To meet this objective, the First Conference of Young Researchers will offer the PhD students of the University of Granada the opportunity to present their research in the form of an oral presentation or a printed poster, where they will explain the methodology and tools which they apply in their research, as well as the results they have obtained. The members of the organizing committee hope that all of you who decide to participate in this conference enjoy the experience while learning from other students in a comfortable and scientific atmosphere. We are sure that the First Conference of Young Researchers will constitute the beginning of a series of publications, research projects or any other type of collaboration between the participants.
