Submit a proposal

If you wish to submit a proposal please follow the following steps. We recommend that you read carefully the CFP. Keep in mind that the deadline for sending your proposal is November 15th, 2021 at 23:59 (CET):
1. Download and complete the abstract template depending on the type of proposal you want to submit:

2. Log-in on our site. If you have not registered, you will need to register first and your user and password will be sent to your email. Please note that registering on our site does not entail any payment. Conference registration will not be needed until the proposal is accepted.

3. Press “submit a paper” to fill in the form provided (title, abstract and keywords). Then upload the completed template of your proposal in the section “paper”(accepted abstracts will be sent information on how to submit their full papers if they want to publish them). A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Any speaker is allowed to participate with a maximum of two communications. Co-authors can be included in the proposal. Once the proposal is accepted, presenters and co-presenters will need to register in the conference. Be aware that only fee-paid presenters will receive the certificate of participation.
