El congreso europeo de estudiantes de doctorado en Biología Evolutiva, fundado por la sociedad europea de biología evolutiva, está organizado por y para estudiantes de doctorado de toda Europa. Por lo tanto, proporciona una plataforma para que los estudiantes presenten su trabajo y conozcan a sus compañeros de diferentes países. Junto con los participantes, hay 10 investigadores senior que trabajan en temas influyentes de biología evolutiva. Ofrecen charlas inspiradoras plenarias, talleres, organizan grupos de discusión y brindan orientación sobre cómo comenzar o cómo continuar con la carrera científica. Este evento ofrece una oportunidad única para que los estudiantes interactúen con las últimas investigaciones realizadas en Europa. Además, promueve futuras colaboraciones internacionales y ofrece un lugar adecuado para presentar su propia investigación a sus compañeros en un ambiente agradable. Este año, tenemos el gran placer de organizar el EMPSEB24 que se celebrará del 9 al 14 de septiembre en Bubión, Granada.

The European Society of Evolutionary Biology supports the EMPSEB. This Ph.D. meeting is organized by and dedicated to Ph.D. students studying Evolutionary Biology from across Europe. Thus, it provides a platform for students to present their work and meet their peers from different countries. Along with the participants, are 10 key speakers who are working on influential Evolutionary Biology topics. They give plenary inspiring talks, workshops, run discussion groups and provide guidance about starting or how to continue with your scientific career. The meeting gives an unique opportunity for students to interact with the latest research done in Europe. In addition, it promotes future international collaborations and offers a suitable place to present their own research to peers in a friendly atmosphere. This year, we have the great pleasure of organising the 24th European Meeting of Ph.D. Students in Evolutionary Biology that will be held during September the 9-14th in Bubión, Granada.
