III Congreso de Jóvenes Investigadores del Mar

“El congreso se desarrolla en el seno del Campus de Excelencia Internacional del Mar (CEI·MAR), organizado por el Aula del mar CEI·MAR-UGR y con el apoyo de la fundación CEI·MAR”. La investigación, el desarrollo y la generación de conocimiento en el ámbito marino-marítimo suponen una de las grandes fortalezas para nuestro entorno natural y geográfico. Muestra de ello es la existencia de distintos centros y organismos públicos de investigación especializados en áreas tan singulares como las Ciencias del Mar, las Ciencias Náuticas, la Ingeniería Naval y la Arqueología Subacuática entre otras. Aprovechando la diversidad de organismos de investigación en este territorio y que a su vez sustentan la formación de Jóvenes Investigadores (JIs), se consideró la organización de un congreso científico dedicado a crear un espacio de encuentro donde dar a conocer los trabajos de investigación que los JIs están desarrollando en los distintos organismos y centros I+D+i marinos. El III Congreso de Jóvenes Investigadores (JIs) del Mar, enmarcado en el Campus de Excelencia Internacional del Mar (CEI·MAR), tiene como principal objetivo el encuentro entre JIs que desarrollen su trabajo de investigación en el ámbito marino. Los objetivos marcados por el III Congreso de Jóvenes Investigadores del Mar son: Fomentar y dinamizar la presentación de trabajos científicos realizados por las nuevas generaciones de Investigadores en el ámbito del mar. Promover la interdisciplinariedad entre los JIs que llevan a cabo su trabajo en diferentes centros de investigación tanto públicos como del sector privado. Establecer cooperaciones entre los JIs: conocer y potenciar sinergias en investigación marina. Difundir y promover el objetivo 14 de los ODS: Conservar y utilizar sosteniblemente los océanos, los mares y los recursos marinos para el desarrollo sostenible. Aunque se propone un foro abierto donde pueda asistir público de cualquier índole que esté interesado, el evento estará dedicado a los JIs que realicen su labor investigadora en el ámbito CEI·MAR. De esta manera, se pretende crear un punto de conexión entre los distintos grupos de investigación de estos centros donde sean los propios JIs los que expongan sus áreas de trabajo, así como sus inquietudes y dificultades en esta etapa. Con este encuentro de JIs se aumentará la difusión y comunicación de información entre las distintas líneas de investigación llevadas a cabo en nuestro territorio, fomentando futuras colaboraciones y proyectos con un alto valor multidisciplinar.

“The congress takes place within the Campus of International Excellence of the Sea (CEI.Mar), organized by the Sea Classroom and with the support of the CEI.Mar Foundation.” Research, development and knowledge generation in the marine-maritime field are one of the great strengths for our natural and geographical environment. It shows this is the existence of different public research centers and bodies specialized in areas as unique as The Marine Sciences, Nautical Sciences, Naval Engineering and Underwater Archaeology among others. Taking advantage of the diversity of research bodies in this territory and which in turn support the training of Young Researchers (JIs), it was considered the organization of a scientific conference dedicated to creating a meeting space where to publicize the research work that JIs are developing in the different marine R&D&i organizations and centers. The III Congress of Young Researchers (JIs) of the Sea, framed in the Campus of International Excellence of the Sea, has as its main objective the meeting between JIs that develop their research work in the marine field. The objectives set by the III Congress of Young Researchers of the Sea are: Encourage and energize the presentation of scientific work carried out by new generations of researchers in the field of the sea. Promote interdisciplinarity among JIs that carry out their work in different research centres both public and private sector. Establish cooperation between JIs: to know and enhance synergies in marine research. Disseminate and promote SDP Objective 14: To conserve and sustainably use oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development. Although an open forum is proposed where it can attend public of any kind that is interested, the event will be dedicated to JIs who carry out their research work in the CEI.Mar field. In this way, it is intended to create a connection point between the different research groups of these centers where it is the JIs themselves that expose their areas of work, as well as their concerns and difficulties at this stage. This meeting of JIs will increase the dissemination and communication of information between the different lines of research carried out in our territory, promoting future collaborations and projects with high multidisciplinary value.
