Publication options

  • All abstracts will be published in a digital book of abstracts with ISBN. Those presenters interested in publishing their papers (optional) will have different options:
  • In relation to proceedings, you are encouraged to write a short chapter summarising your contribution at ELLME2022. They will be sent to Springer to be considered for publication under their Proceedings Series, so we need to follow the template provided . If rejected, they will be sent to another similar publisher. Proceeding cannot exceed 3500 words (including references, etc) and are expected by June 30th (EXTENDED!) through the following link: https://forms.gle/zxRBmuH3Ttnj1goZ7 Please keep images and table to a minimum and in black and white (no colour is possible).
  • We are planning two extra publications, resulting from the conference:
    • a Special Issue at Porta Linguarum Journal on Very Early Foreign Language Education (0-6 years old).
      • Selected abstracts for this special issue will be notified by July 2022.
      • Deadline for submitting extended version: Sep. 2022
      • Expected date of publication: Nov.-Dec. 2022
    • a collection of papers around the area of “International research in multilingualism with young and very young learners” (0-12), which will be submitted to  an international Publishing House for its consideration.
      • Selected abstracts for this edited volume will be notified by July 2022.
      • Deadline for submitting extended version: Dec. 2022
      • Expected date of publication: 2023

In the Proceedings submission form you will be able to select, if you are interested, in any of these two options and to describe how it will differ, or not, from the proceedings.
