PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment can be made through bank transfer or credit card by clicking HERE. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with the payment. Please note that all registrations need to be made before 30th April 2022. Make sure you clearly state in the transference reference “ELLME2022 and participants’ FULL NAME”. Bank/credit card charges are at participants’ own expense and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. If you have any problem with the payment please contact us.

(1)  The onsite-speaker fee includes the following:

(a) participation in the on-site  conference, and access to the online programme,

(b) the possibility of presenting up to two papers on-site (in any of the formats available),

(c) publication of the proceedings as short chapters.

(d) Additionally, options for participating in a monographic volume or special issue (peer-reviewed)  with an extended version of your research will be offered.

Please note that gala dinner, Alhambra tour and meals are not included and will be paid separately.

(2) The virtual speaker fee includes the following: 

(a) participation in the virtual conference consisting of streaming video at keynote conferences and access to the conference virtual programme (virtual speakers’ recording of their presentation -asynchronous- and participation in online forums -synchronous). 

(b) Online presentation of up to two papers (in any of the formats available),

(c) publication of the proceedings as short chapters. 

(d) Additionally, options for participating in a monographic volume or special issue (peer-reviewed) with an extended version of your research  will be offered.

Please note that social programme and meals are not applicable in the online format.

(3)  The attendee fee includes the following: 

(a) access to both onsite and online academic conference programme.

Please note that for on-site attendees, gala dinner, Alhambra tour and meals are not included and will be paid separately.

(4) Gala Dinner will be held on 23rd June 2022 in a unique setting in Granada at open-air. 

(5) The fee includes the Alhambra Gardens Night walking tour with a professional guide in English (2 hours approx.), including tickets (24th June 2022 evening). A minimum of 30 people is required. If not, we will refund the paid amount to those registered.

(6) The accompanying person fee includes: 

(a) 1 Gala dinner

(b) 1 morning guided walking tour around the city (2 hours approx.) in English through the city

(c) 1 Granada welcome pack.

Please note that Alhambra Gardens Night tour is not included, and will need to be paid separately. A minimum of 30 people for the walking tour is required. If not, we will refund the paid amount to those registered.

FINAL NOTE: all speakers can present a maximum of two papers either in the online or onsite conference.

CANCELATION POLICY

All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to ellme2022@ugr.es. 

  • Until April 22nd, 2022: Full refund (registration and social events) minus 50€ administration fee and bank transfer fees.
  • From April 22nd, 2022 or non-attendance: No refund. 

COVID POLICY

In the event that an on-site participant is unable to attend the conference either for being infected with COVID, for being officially in confinement, or for being unable to arrive in Spain according to the country COVID regulations, the participation will be moved to the online modality without any additional charge. 

Notification should be made as soon as possible to ellme2022@ugr.es with official documentation of the circumstances described above. Unfortunately, other circumstances or lack of official documentation will not be taken into account.

All on-site participants are responsible for checking their own country travelling regulations in relation to COVID and travelling requirements. Information about Spanish regulations will be provided in due time. 

The organising committee reserves the right to change the on-site conference to online modality, or other possible options, should the epidemiological situation in Spain and Granada require it.In this situation, for those on-site participants who would like to cancel their participation in the online congress, full refund (minus €50.00 administration fee and any other bank transfer fee to proceed with the refund) will be applicable.

LETTER OF INVITATION

If you need an official letter of invitation, please send an email to ellme2022@ugr.es indicating your full name, modality of participation and title/s of your proposals.

INVOICE

Invoices will be issue to all paid participants and will be sent electronically to their email address once the payment is checked. Please make sure the details are clearly enclosed in the registration form so as to avoid inconveniences.

CERTIFICATION

Certificate of participation will be issued to registered and fully-paid  participants, either in onsite or virtual modality and distributed during the conference.
