Registration and Submmisions

All participants in the conference (both authors or non-authors) must first create a user.

With the credentials (username and password) of your user, click here to complete your registration and/or to submit a contribution.

Registration Fees

Early Registration fee before 5 April 2019: 300 EUR
Registration fee between 5 and 21 April 2019: 400 EUR
Registration fee for an accompanying person until 21 April 2019: 110 EUR

The fees include: admission to the conference, conference materials, coffee breaks, working lunches at Hotel Granada Center, conference dinner and a guided visit to the Alhambra.

The registration fee for an accompanying person covers the conference dinner and the guided visit to the Alhambra.

Communication Submission

Submission of abstracts should be performed online with your credentials, as indicated above, following the format template, before 26 March 2019.

It is worth mentioning that the maximum length of the abstract is 1 page.

Both oral communications and posters are allowed. The duration of an oral communication is 20 minutes, including the question time. Posters should be A0 in portrait orientation.
